Cityfurnish makes renting furniture and appliances simple, flexible, and convenient. Whether you’re setting up a new home or upgrading your current one, the rental process is designed to be quick and hassle-free.

Rental Duration Options

Cityfurnish offers flexible rental durations to suit your specific needs. Customers can choose from the following tenure options:

• 3 months: Ideal for short-term stays or temporary relocations.
• 6 months: Perfect for medium-term requirements with better pricing.
• 9 months: Great for professionals or families planning to stay longer.
• 12 months: Offers the best value with the lowest monthly rent.
• 24 months or longer: Available for customers looking for extended rentals with maximum savings and stability. For durations beyond 12 months, customers can simply extend their tenure anytime before the current plan expires.

You can select your preferred tenure at the time of placing the order. Longer tenures come with reduced monthly rental costs, allowing you to save more the longer you rent.

How the Rental Process Works

1. Browse and Choose: Visit the Cityfurnish website or app to explore a wide range of furniture and appliances available for rent.
2. Select a Rental Plan: Choose a rental tenure that suits your needs — from a few months to several years.
3. Checkout and Pay: Add your selected items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and pay the initial rental amount and refundable security deposit.
4. KYC Verification: Upload your KYC documents for instant verification. Once verified, your order moves to the delivery stage.
5. Delivery and Installation: Your products are delivered and installed within 2 to 3 working days.
6. Enjoy and Renew: Use the products for your chosen tenure, and renew or extend your subscription anytime before it expires.

Payment Options

Cityfurnish offers two convenient payment options to suit different customer preferences:

Upfront Payment

Under this plan, customers can make the entire payment for the selected tenure in advance. This option comes with the added benefit of no security deposit requirement. It is ideal for customers who prefer to pay once and enjoy a hassle-free rental experience without monthly deductions. Since the payment is made upfront, processing and delivery may also be slightly faster.

Monthly Payment

This plan allows customers to pay rent on a monthly basis, offering greater flexibility for long-term usage. A refundable security deposit is required, which acts as a safeguard against any damages or pending dues. The deposit is refunded at the end of the rental tenure after successful pickup and inspection. Monthly payments are automatically deducted as per your billing cycle, ensuring convenience and continued service without interruptions.

Cityfurnish supports multiple secure payment methods, including:

• Net Banking
• UPI
• Digital Wallets
• No-Cost EMI (on eligible cards)

All payments are processed securely, and Cityfurnish does not store customer card details.

Security Deposit

Cityfurnish requires a refundable security deposit if you opt for monthly payment plan. Security deposit amount varies depending on the products selected. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of your rental tenure after pickup and inspection, provided there are no damages or pending dues.

Discounts and Promotions

Cityfurnish offers regular discounts for long-term rentals and special campaigns for festive seasons or referrals. Customers can also earn Cityfurnish Coins, which can be redeemed for additional savings during checkout.

Minimum Rental Duration

The minimum rental tenure for Cityfurnish products is 3 months. Customers can choose longer tenures for lower monthly rents.

Early Termination

You can terminate your subscription anytime before the end of your tenure by raising a service request. Standard early closure terms and pickup charges apply, as outlined in your rental agreement.

Product Damage

If a product is damaged while in your possession, the repair or replacement cost will be charged based on the extent of the damage. To avoid such expenses, customers are encouraged to opt for the CityShield Protection Plan, which covers accidental damage and minor wear and tear.

Special Deals and Promotions

Cityfurnish frequently offers promotions, special deals, and discounts for both new and existing customers. These offers may include festive discounts, long-term subscription benefits, or referral bonuses. Keep an eye on our website, app, and email updates for the latest deals.

Purchasing Rented Products

Customers have the option to purchase rented furniture or appliances during or after their rental tenure at a discounted rate. To initiate a purchase, raise a service request, and our team will share the applicable buyout details.

Placing Orders in Advance

It’s recommended to place your rental order at least 5 to 7 days before your desired delivery date. This ensures product availability and smooth scheduling for delivery and installation.

Buyback Option

Cityfurnish provides customers with a buyback option that allows them to own the rented products if they wish to continue using them permanently. This option is ideal for customers who have grown attached to their rented furniture or appliances and want to avoid the hassle of returning them.

• When to Avail: You can opt for the buyback option at any time during or after your rental tenure.
• How to Avail: Simply raise a service request, and our team will share the applicable buyout price based on product age and condition.
• Pricing: The buyback amount is calculated considering the duration of your rental, original product value, and depreciation.

This option gives customers the flexibility to transition from renting to owning without large upfront costs, making the experience even more convenient.

Customization Requests

Cityfurnish offers a wide variety of colors and designs for its furniture and appliances. However, specific customization requests or color preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
